Our Goals and Objectives
Your Second Chance Corporation, Inc. is purposed with dedicating our time, talents, and resources to the Veterans who have proudly and unselfishly served our great country and their families who supported them. Our goal is to provide a second chance at life and a spirit of hope to those who stood guard and protected our freedoms against all enemies, foreign and domestic. in pursuit of this goal we have established the following objectives for our target Veteran population during our first year of operation:
- Accommodate at least 100 individuals and/or family unites with temporary housing for a year.
- Serve at least 100 individuals and/or family unites through the provision of counseling services.
- Train at least 100 individuals in key areas that will contribute to long-term professional success.
- Provide job placement assistance to at least 100 individuals in order to facilitate their self-sufficiency.
- Meet the basic needs of at least 100 individuals and/or family unites through the provision of clothing, meals, child care, and transportation services.
- Contact all branches of the military to obtain referrals on personnel ETS’ing into civilian life.
